Jenny’s Drink Syrups are handmade from all natural ingredients, fresh and locally sourced when possible. They’re inspired by the season as well as classic and new cocktails. Stay in touch on social media for when and where to purchase or contact us directly.

ROSEMARY
​Fresh rosemary from Riverview Herbs provides an herbal complement to aromatic gin or fresh vodka. Also makes a sophisticated lemon mocktail.

LAVENDER & VANILLA
Lavender, grown by Homestead Farms in Urbania, Nova Scotia, lightly softened with vanilla, makes a surprisingly yummy cocktail or mocktail.

SPICED GINGER
Fresh ginger warmed up with toasted peppercorns is delicious blended with fresh lime, vodka or rum. For whiskey lovers (especially bourbon) mix with apple cider for our Fall Fashioned. And when it’s cold try the Warm & Stormy toddy!

WILD BLUEBERRY MINT
Spray-free wild blueberries are grown by Bonnyman’s on Nova Scotia’s North Shore. Blend them with fresh locally grown mint for a sweet but refreshing cocktail or mocktail. It’s also yummy on ice cream!

CRANBERRY ORANGE
Inspired by the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail this seasonal syrup is made with fresh Nova Scotia cranberries with a touch of orange.

FRESH RHUBARB (sold out until spring 2023)
Grown in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley this rhubarb is fresh, fruity and flavourful. The classic sweet/tart taste makes a perfect cocktail. And that colour!

Locally grown mint makes a classic cocktail flavour. The “No Muddle Mojito / Mockito” is easy peasy and delicious.

A favourite dessert flavour makes a delicious cocktail. Try the complex sweet/tart/salty Sweet Ocean Breeze or the creamy White Seaside. Also a yummy addition to your coffee.
